Warranty

Here at Daymak, we offer limited, but reasonable warranty coverage on parts that are defective from factory. In other words, anything that fails or breaks as the result of a manufacturer's defect. This warranty is included in your PDI charge and covers all labor costs during the warranty period when repaired by Daymak.

Parts Warranty** Period (from Date of purchase):
Frame/Swing Arm/Engine - 1 Year.*
All other components - 90 days.**

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

PDI is an inspection service for our products. We assemble the product and make sure it's working to industry standards and include a warranty period. Assembly & PDI option is chosen at time of purchase (extra charge applies).

PDI Charges for Electric Bikes: $149.00 

Service Available

We have 7 Full time mechanics on staff with over 15 years of experience. We can service any product sold by us and we have the biggest selection of parts in Canada!!!

Service rates are: (plus the cost of parts)
$45 per hour for Daymak Products preferred customer rate
$75 per hour for non Daymak products
